Table Planner stores guest names, RSVP status, dietary requirements, seating assignments, and event notes you enter. This policy explains how that data is handled.

Your data

• Event and guest data belongs to the account that created it.
• Guest dietary information is sensitive — share links only with people you trust.
• We do not sell guest lists or dietary data to third parties.

Retention

You may delete events at any time. Deleted events remove associated guest and layout data from active storage subject to backup retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
